Project Management
The 2004 edition of the Project Management Body of Knowledge published by the Project Management Institute, defines project management as “…application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements. Project management is accomplished through the application and integration of the project management processes of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.” It is a performing art, and it is difficult to convey in words what an actor, athlete, or artist does.
