KRISTIN MOORE HERMANN, Managing Director
Ms. Hermann heads the construction project management division of Hermann & Associates. Kristin has been involved in the real estate industry since moving from Bank of America to The Keith Companies in 1989. As executive assistant to the president to of the Inland Empire Division, she gained invaluable information regarding the ins-and-outs of the civil engineering and land surveying end of real estate development. As office manager for AEI-CASC Engineering, she assisted in the growth of that company from its inception in 1993 to becoming a multi-million dollar corporation at her departure in 1995.
Since moving to the desert in 1994, Kristin has continued to be involved in the real estate development field, currently working with Fedderly and Associates as a project manager for their construction department. In 2008, Ms. Hermann was the project manager for the construction of an 8,300 square foot home at The Madison Club in La Quinta, California. This house is on the market for $9.5 million, and was completed in 11 months. She is currently tapped to assist Fedderly and Associates again in the construction of a home at The Hideaway. Additional experience in the project management field includes a collaboration with Mesa Homes/Vantage Pointe Homes (now known as Palm Springs Modern) in the late 1990’s.
Kristin has been involved in the desert community through volunteer work in various arenas, including co-founding a youth girls volleyball sports club in 1999 that was the foundation for existing Desert Sports Volleyball Club. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology in 2005.
